The Association’s primary objective is to maintain and enhance the security and well-being of Block-13 residents. 

Residents are requested to first contact the concerned department or organization to register complaints relating to:

  • Damaged or Broken Roads
  • Non-functional Streetlights
  • Water supply shortages
  • Maintenance of Parks and Green areas
  • Sanitation and Waste Management
  • Street cleaning and other municipal services

If further assistance is required, residents may share the Complaint Reference Number issued by the relevant department with the Association’s Volunteers through the Block-13 Residents Mobile App.

The Association’s Volunteers may assist in following up with the concerned authorities to facilitate timely resolution of the matter.


  • The Association’s primary responsibility is to ensure the effective operation of Block-13’s security system and related security services.
  • Association Volunteers generously contribute their personal time and efforts to assist residents in matters involving municipal authorities, district administration, utility service providers, and law enforcement agencies.
  • While Volunteers may use their experience, contacts, and available resources to help residents pursue the resolution of their concerns, they do not have direct authority over government departments or service providers; and therefore cannot guarantee the resolution of any complaint.
  • Monthly Contributions collected from residents are utilized exclusively for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of Block-13’s Security system.

May Allah Almighty accept your sacrifices, عبادات, and happiness. Ameen.

As all residents are busy with the preparations and celebrations of Eid-ul-Adha, the Block 13 Resident Welfare Association has designated a specific location for collecting animal waste and mud (Bhalo Mitti) from sacrificial animals. This arrangement has been made to ensure that cleanliness and sanitation in the area remain organized and properly managed.

In this regard, only authorized and designated individuals from Block 13 have been assigned this responsibility. In particular, Mr. Manzoor Mali will supervise this task and ensure that all waste is collected at the designated location so it can later be disposed of properly.

السلام وعلیکم، بلاک 13 کے معزز رہائشیوں،

سب سے پہلے آپ سب کو دل کی گہرائیوں سے عید مبارک۔
اللہ تعالیٰ آپ سب کی قربانی، عبادات اور خوشیوں کو قبول فرمائے۔ آمین۔

جیسا کہ ماشاء اللہ تمام اہلِ علاقہ عید الاضحیٰ کی تیاریوں اور تقریبات میں مصروف ہیں، بلاک 13 ریزیڈنٹ ایسوسی ایشن کی جانب سے قربانی کے جانوروں کی بھالو مٹی جمع کرنے کے لیے ایک مخصوص جگہ مختص کی گئی ہے، جہاں تمام بھالو مٹی جمع کی جائے گی تاکہ صفائی کا نظام بہتر اور منظم رکھا جا سکے۔

آپ تمام حضرات سے گزارش ہے کہ بھالو مٹی کسی غیر متعلقہ افراد، چنچی، رکشہ یا موٹر سائیکل والوں کے حوالے نہ کریں، کیونکہ اکثر یہ لوگ مٹی اٹھا کر گلیوں اور سڑکوں کے کونوں پر پھینک دیتے ہیں جس سے علاقے میں گندگی اور بدبو پھیلتی ہے۔

اس سلسلے میں بلاک 13 کی جانب سے صرف مخصوص اور اجازت یافتہ افراد کو ذمہ داری دی گئی ہے۔ خصوصاً منظور مالی صاحب اس کام کی نگرانی کریں گے اور تمام بھالو مٹی کو مقررہ جگہ پر جمع کریں گے تاکہ بعد میں اسے مناسب طریقے سے اٹھایا جا سکے۔
