File complaints regarding a wide range of issues including water supply disruptions, electricity problems, maintenance requirements, security concerns, noise disturbances, and more. Every complaint is assigned a unique tracking number so you can monitor its progress. Receive direct responses and updates from the administration as your complaint moves through the review process.

Digital Resident ID Card

Your official digital resident identity card is always with you. Generated automatically upon account approval, the card displays your name, house number, and CNIC information, and remains valid for one year. Present it whenever required without the need to carry a physical card.

Vehicle Registration
